About Ethical Productions
Ethical Productions
Ethical Productions was formed in 2008 by Kerry Turner, a dedicated volunteer of the Murwillumbah Community Centre Inc. Kerry has managed community events in a voluntary capacity since 2003 and has produced events such as Harmony Day, World Environment Day, Belly to Big School and the inaugural Unity Festival held at the Murwillumbah Showgrounds on Saturday 14th November 2009.
Kerry came to the Murwillumbah Community Centre from a career in London as Finance Manager for a retailer of alcohol at major music festivals throughout the UK, Scotland and Ireland. Kerry has worked at events such as the esteemed Glastonbury music festival where turnover ranged between £950,000 to £1.6 million, depending on the weather.
Ethical Productions is producing the 2009 Unity Festival for the community to showcase their talents in event management and production and are working in a voluntary capacity for this year. The aim is to develop Ethical Productions as a going concern over the next 3 years.
